kibi is the moniker given to my ceramics practice, based out of my studio in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia). Each piece I create is unique, or made in limited batches never to be repeated. I implement a mixture of hand building, slab building and wheel throwing techniques. My work aims to define functional objects informed by sculptural intrigue. Each piece is drawn, put together, glazed and then twice fired at my home studio using a mixture of gas, electric and wood firing.
Unique pieces are ready to ship immediately, whilst small-batch pieces are made to order.
